  • Are the prices shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All prices shown do not include VAT. When paying, you will see the VAT amount.

 

  • Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can choose a different delivery address during checkout.

 

  • Can urgent deliveries be made?

This can be done for coffins and burial boards, depending on availability and time of ordering, these items will be delivered within 4 to 12 hours at the latest.

 

  • Is dropshipping possible?

Yes, if you are ordering small items such as urns, jewelry, candles, condolence books, etc. then dropshipping is possible for a fee. If you are ordering multiple items, please order the dropship items separately.

  • Is a VAT invoice included?

Yes, VAT invoices are sent by email as PDF files. You can also find the VAT invoices in your personal account.

 

  • Is it possible to order by phone?

You can, provided you have previously placed an order with us. For fast and correct delivery, it remains easiest to place the order through the website.

 

  • What happens if some items ordered are out of stock and others are?

In that case, we will contact you to give you a choice between one delivery when your order is complete, or partial deliveries. Partial deliveries do not incur additional delivery charges.

 

  • I have a complaint, what should I do?
